The Art of Photography (Regd.) Trust is a non-profit organization officially registered on November 23, 2017 and also registered with Ministry of MSME, Govt. Of India (UDYAM-DL-02-0013236) and also has Darpan Unique ID - DL/2021/029810.
The name "The Art of Photography" was given by the late Shri R.K. Paul, a veteran photographer. The organization is dedicated to photography and aims to provide a platform for upcoming artists.
With numerous members in Delhi and around the globe, The Art of Photography (Regd.) Trust organizes various photography-related activities such as training sessions, workshops, photo-walks, awards, and contests. They conduct specialized photography workshops to help budding photographers. The founder trustees, Arpit Gupta and Seema Gupta, have vast experience in the field and have conducted many workshops across different states in India. As a result, many photographers have been trained and are now well-established in their careers.
The organization caters to both amateur and professional photographers. It has been listed in the India Book of Records for organizing a home-based photography exhibition during the pandemic on World Photography Day, August 19, 2020. This initiative made them the first organization to create a world record on the concept of "Work from Home" in photography.
The Art of Photography (Regd.) Trust boasts senior photographers as advisors from various parts of India, contributing their efforts to make the organization a premier workplace. Located in a prime area of Delhi, the organization offers a good opportunity for members to build a strong network in the photography community.
